RALLY INFORMATION & PROCESS
BOOK DIRECTLY WITH US and SAVE!!!!!!!- Each room has two Queen Beds.
- No more than four guests are allowed in each room.
- Sleeping in vehicle on property is not allowed.
- No power cords ran from vehicles to power sources on the property without permission.
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED DURING RALLY!
DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY
- Upon booking you will receive an email with the Rally Contract & Cancellation Policy
- Please agree to this contract ASAP
- First 50% Deposit is due on February 28th to hold your reservation
- ​If cancelled after February 28th and before May 31st, there is a non-refundable $50 per night/per room fee
- Final 50% of Deposit is required by May 31st​​
AS of MAY 31st:
- NO CANCELLATIONS FOR ANY REASON
- NO CHANGES TO YOUR RESERVATION
- NO REFUNDS
- NO CHANGES TO CARD ON FILE
- Meaning that upon check-in, Iron Horse Inn will not refund one credit card and charge another credit card for the room.​
EXTENDING YOUR STAY IS DEPENDENT ON VACANCY & AVAILABILITY **you may have to change rooms**
There are NO roll-away beds available.
Guest Rooms DO NOT contain a telephone, refrigerator, microwave or coffee pot.

We are an easy drive to the following points of interest and attractions Deadwood, Spearfish, Belle Fourche, Rapid City, Spearfish Canyon, Bear Butte State Park, the Black Hills Passion Play, Mount Rushmore National Memorial, Crazy Horse Memorial, Devils Tower (Wyoming), Custer State Park & Needles Highway, and the Badlands National Park.
